By using the Website and/or contacting us, you confirm that you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy in full, as may be updated from time to time, including the collection, processing, storage and sharing of your personal information with third parties, all as detailed below. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using the Website and/or contacting us.

    The division of this Privacy Policy into sections and the section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation.

    All statements in this Privacy Policy in the masculine form also apply to the feminine, and singular statements also apply to the plural.

    In addition, you must attach your CV file, which will be transferred to us and stored by us in full, as is.

    4) Suppliers and Customer Representatives

    As part of the Company’s engagement with suppliers and customers, we may collect and process Personal Information about supplier/customer representatives (if the supplier/customer is a company or other entity) and/or Personal Information about the supplier/customer itself (if the supplier/customer is an individual, such as a freelancer). This information may include:

    – Full name

    – Phone number

    – Mailing address

    – Field of occupation

    – Workplace

    – Education and professional experience

    – Licensed dealer number

    Regarding job candidates: the Company will retain candidate data during the screening process and afterward as required by law or to protect legitimate interests, such as defense in legal proceedings related to recruitment.

    Information about a candidate accepted to work for the Company will be retained throughout employment and afterward, subject to the separate privacy policy for employees.

    Changes to the Privacy Policy

    We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy from time to time as needed, at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide notice, either in advance or retroactively. Changes take effect immediately upon publication of the updated policy on the Website. The date of the last update will appear under “Last updated”.
